Phillip Ronald Gould, nicknamed Gus, is an Australian rugby league broadcaster, administrator, coach, and former player. He played over 100 first-grade games from 1976–1986 before becoming the youngest coach to win an NSWRL premiership with Canterbury in 1988 and guiding Penrith to their first title in 1991. As NSW State of Origin coach, he claimed a record six series victories. An influential Bulldogs General Manager since 2021, Gould is a polarising media figure for Channel 9 known for candid, often controversial commentary, and was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia in 2014.
